Work at Electrisource

We hire electricians and apprentices who take pride in their work. In return, we offer challenging projects, travel opportunities, competitive compensation, and a team where your work is actually seen.

The work

Real projects, real skills

Our crews work on commercial construction, industrial installations, and government facility projects — distribution equipment, feeders, controls, equipment connections, and demanding retrofit work. It's the kind of work that builds a career, not just a paycheck.

We travel for select projects, and travel is planned and paid. Expectations are high: we hold our installations to a high standard of workmanship and we hold ourselves to professional behavior on every site.

Why here

What we offer

Challenging work

Commercial, industrial, and government projects that ask more of you than repetitive work — and build a broader skill set because of it.

Travel opportunities

Select projects take our crews out of state. Travel is planned, paid, and organized — not sprung on you last minute.

Compensation & benefits

Competitive compensation, paid travel, and a benefits package. Specific details are discussed during the hiring process.

Training & advancement

Apprentices work alongside experienced licensed electricians, and people who take ownership of their work are given more of it.

High standards

We hold our installations to a high standard of workmanship. If you take pride in neat, correct, well-planned work, you'll fit in.

A team environment

A small, professional crew where leadership knows your name, your work is visible, and communication is direct.

Openings
