Planned work is safe work
The projects we take on — energized facilities, shutdowns, occupied buildings, secure sites — don't leave room for improvisation. So we don't improvise. Hazards are identified in planning, controls are built into the schedule, and crews review the plan before the work starts.
We respect our customers' operations. That means coordinating outages instead of causing them, protecting equipment and finishes, and running work areas that people can walk past without worrying about what's happening inside them.

How safety shows up on site
Pre-task planning
Work is planned before it starts. Crews review the task, the hazards, the energy sources involved, and the controls required — every day, not just on day one.
Site-specific procedures
Every facility is different. We build site-specific safety requirements into our work plans, and we follow the customer's programs alongside our own.
Training and PPE
Our electricians work with proper personal protective equipment and the training their tasks require, including electrical-specific safe work practices.
Active-facility coordination
Much of our work happens in occupied buildings and operating plants. We coordinate access, outages, barriers, and notifications so our work doesn't create surprises for your people.
Quality control
Safe work and quality work come from the same habit: doing things deliberately. Installations are checked as they're built, not just at the end.
Clean, organized work areas
Housekeeping is a safety control. Our work areas stay organized, our materials stay staged, and our sites get left clean.
Documentation
Permits, pre-task plans, and records are kept current, and customer-required safety documentation is completed and turned over properly.
