What we build

Industrial control panels, engineered and assembled in-house

Our shop specializes in control panels built around programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and variable frequency drives (VFDs) — from single-enclosure builds to large multi-section panels. Every panel is fabricated by the same people who install and commission control systems in the field, so panels arrive built the way installers and maintenance staff need them.

Build & ship, build & install, or design-build

Three ways to put our panel shop to work, depending on how much of the project you want us to carry.

Build & Ship

Send us your drawings and specifications. We fabricate, wire, label, and check the panel in our shop, then crate it and ship it direct to your facility or job site — anywhere in the United States.

Ideal for out-of-state customers, OEMs, and contractors who handle their own installation.

Build & Install

We build the panel in our shop, then our own licensed electricians deliver, set, wire, and commission it in your facility — one contractor accountable for the panel from fabrication through startup.

Ideal for Connecticut and Northeast facilities that want a single point of responsibility.

Design-Build

For select panel projects, we take on the design as well: developing the panel layout, component selection, and drawings from your process requirements, then building to the design we produced.

Ideal when you know what the system needs to do but don't have finished panel drawings.

From drawings to a panel on your floor

    Review & planning

    We review your drawings, specifications, and requirements — or develop them with you on design-build projects — and lock down components, layout, and schedule before fabrication starts.

  2. 02

    Fabrication & wiring

    Panels are assembled in our shop under controlled conditions: back-panel layout, DIN-rail components, wire duct, point-to-point wiring, and clear labeling throughout.

  3. 03

    Quality checks

    Every panel is inspected and function-checked against its drawings before it leaves the shop, and documentation ships with the panel.

  4. 04

    Ship or install

    Your panel is crated and shipped direct to your site — or delivered and installed by our own field crews, wired, and supported through startup.
